Question: I had gout this week. Can I exercise even know it's a little tender and the swelling is now gone?
Last weekend I had my first gout attack (and hopefully my last) in my big toe.

After taking some medication and eating super healthily all week the swelling has went down and the constant pain has gone.

So now its day 7. Its no longer swollen but a little tender around the joint.

Would it be okay for me to start exercising again? Say, cycling or weights?
