is swine flu still around?!

Question: Is swine flu still around?
Or has it pretty much died out?

Answers:

Yes, it is still around.
A lot of people are vaccinated against it now. If you got your flu shot, you were vaccinated against it.
So, the chances of catching it are not as great as last year.

It depends on what you mean by swine flu.

Pigs will always be carriers of viruses, just like any other animal. Unfortunately pigs can be infected by pig, bird, and human viruses. They are perfect hosts for pig, bird, and human viruses to genetically recombine to create new viruses.

As long as we have pigs we will always have some variant of a swine flu.

Hope that helps and I wouldn't be too worried about it :D

Yes but they only call it H1N1 now. I had it in January. It was bad, I thought I would die.

Yeah
