Clear fluids is best to start, like some chicken broth and tea or ginger ale. Then you could add crackers. Stay away from fruit juice as this may hurt your stomach more. If you can keep this down, try some scrambled eggs. Then banana, rice, apple sauce and toast. (BRAT Diet). Keep to this diet for a day or two. You should then be able to eat normal food, but take it easy. I hope you feel better soon.
I would recommend not eating yet if you are not absolutely starving. If you are somewhat hungry I suggest carbs. Bread, toast, rices. Try staying away from fruits and veggies, juices and milk until your stomach feels better. Best suggestion for drink is lots of water, and maybe gatorade if available. Hope this helps!

Try having plain bread or saltine crackers. It sounds funny but they soak up a lot of stomach acid and can really make you feel better. You may also want to try a milk shake or a glass of milk. Some people drink those to coat the lining of their stomach. Hope this helped :)
Don't eat anything acidic, like orange juice, vinegar, and onion. Try for grain foods, like crackers, and drink a lot of water, its better vomiting when its liquidy.
Just eat small amounts of thinds like dry toast and plain crackers what ever you do dont eat any dairy and make sure when you are having a drink you take smsll sips other wise it will prob come straight back up, hope you get well soon
