What is the best treatment for hormonal acne?!

Question: What is the best treatment for hormonal acne?
I know that going to a dermatologist would be the ideal answer but I dont have insurance and I can not afford to pay for treatment without insurance. Im 35 and I cant stand the fact that I get these dreadful breakouts just when my face slowly starts to clear up. Its quite embarrassing and it brings my self esteem down. What can I do? Is there any home remedy treatments or any product recommended. I have tried so many and Im at a loss here. Please help!

Answers:

First use a product such as "Clean & Clear Foaming Facial Cleanser" It works great.

Then apply a product with 2.5% or 5% Benzoyl Peroxide, and no alcohol. It's usually a white paste or gel. Apply 1-2 times a day.

Leave it on for about half an hour.

Then wash it off and apply a moisturizer WITHOUT oils. (Jojoba oil is great for your skin and will help clear acne, all others stay away from.) Also avoid the moisturizer if it has Isopropyl.
***It also has to be made for the face!**

A good moisturizer to use is "Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion."

I guarantee your acne will be no more!

Good Luck!
