What causes memory loss, light-headedness, mood swings, blurred vision & mig!

Question: What causes memory loss, light-headedness, mood swings, blurred vision & migranes?
Im only 17 but i'm having so much problems remembering things. It didn't used to be as bad. I used to only forget simple things like where i put my phone. Lately its been getting worse. I've had a teacher for four years now and i forgot his name. Im forgetting where i put things and important dates. I've also been having trouble finishing sentences because i've forgotten what word works with what Im trying to say.

The mood swings are also getting worse. I get mad at someone about the simplest of things, and i'm getting tiered of yelling at people I love. I've tried everything about keeping a level head but it's not working. I might have some sort of bi-polar, but that doesn't explain all of the other stuff...does it??

I'm randomly getting lightheaded and blurred vision. I eat regularly (but not too much - about 2000 calories a day). Sometimes i feel like fainting. the blurred vision had come just recently. I can be walking and i get dizzy all of a sudden and everything goes all blurry.

Last i get migraines all the time now. At least i think they're migraines. I'm not sure. It's a constant pressure on my forehead that makes my head feel like exploding.

I DO NOT DO ANY FORM OF DRUGS.

I do have some family history of some mental issues if that helps:
Mother: Bi-polar & Depression, Anti-social disorder, possibly other undiagnosed problems from past drug use
G-ma: Thyroid Problems, Diabetes

PLEASE HELP ME. i don't want to bother anyone i know with these problem unless i know it's serious. seeing a doctor would cost a lot of money i don't believe we have.

One nutrient deficiency highly linked to causing migranes is magnesium. This mineral is essential to life and the symptoms are numerous! Other symptoms listed include blurred vision, dizziness, migranes, cognitive problems/memory loss, mood swings. If you are deficient in magnesium, it's a good bet you are low calcium and vitamin D. Vitamin D deficiency estimated to affect 90% of the US alone and magnesium deficiency estimated to affect 80% of the US. An easy home test for magnesium and calcium deficiency is the Chvostek sign - twitch of the facial muscles following gentle tapping over the facial nerve in front of the ear that indicates hyperirritability of the facial nerve.

Deficiency commonly seen with a thyroid imbalance include vitamin B12, folate, iron, magnesium, vitamin D, zinc, potassium.

Thyroid disease can runs in families.

"When uninformed doctors fail to do the antibodies test on you, or don’t understand the swings of the attack, you can be wrongly diagnosed as having bi-polar, which is simply the hyper swing of the attack!! Or as on Australian gal called it, the “Yeeha” of her swing"

Thyroid disease is one of the most misdiagnosed conditions today. Excerpt from one doctor...

"Hypothyroidism is extremely common. It is one of the few hormonal deficiencies that can occur even in young people. Estimates are that it is present in over 80 percent of all patients over the age of 50.

Many doctors will miss the diagnosis, however, because we were all mistakenly taught in medical school that the only way to diagnose hypothyroidism is when the thyroid blood tests are abnormal. This turns out to be completely untrue. There are many articles in the medical literature that explain how hypothyroidism can be present even when all of the thyroid blood tests are in the “normal range.” This is particularly true for the most common test used to diagnose hypothyroidism, the TSH test.

The only 100 percent reliable way to be sure that the body has normal thyroid function is to measure basal metabolic rate (BMR). This test is easy to do, is well validated in the scientific literature, and often indicates hypothyroidism when all of the blood tests are normal. The best way to determine BMR is with Bio-Energy Testing. This is a testing procedure that measures BMR and then compares the result to what would be optimal for the weight, height, and sex of the person taking the test. You can learn more about Bio-Energy testing and find a clinic near you that offers it by going to www.bioenergytesting.com."

Go to the doctor and take your family's medical history. Write everything that's wrong with you...we tend to forget our problems when we see the doctor. Take someone with you so they can remember or offer up some observations.

Im not a doctor i can't really tell you what to do but for the time being (till you can get to a doctor) i'd take some Sam-E, for mood improvement/vitamin stuff, just to be safe. And try Wood Betony capsles. It helps with anxiety and migraine stuff.
I have BAD anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, depression... i got of my meds and tried these homeopathic things and its been keeping me stable somewhat.
It might help with stuff in the brain, for you.
