i put it on and everything but know im wondering what if that condom was some how dirty, can i get a sexual disease from the inside of the condom?
But yeah my questions stands is it possible to get an STD in this way?

First of all, stop asking so many ridiculous questions about getting AIDS.
If the condom was new, in the package, you are not going to catch anything from it.
Unless the condom does not meet product quality standard, and in a sealed packaging, it is unlikely that you will contract an STD from the condom.
However, it may not protect you from oral sex.
You may try to donate your blood for a free check of STDs (try doing that a couple of weeks after intercourse).
If the condom was in its sealed packaging and was used before its expiry date, you're fine.
