Is it normal for your fingers to tingle/go numbish after exercise or in warm weather? (70 degrees)

Yes, this is normal, it happens to me all the time when I play sport. I think its just the blood rushing to the ends of your fingers, and its more noticable obviously when you are hot becuase the veins dialate to let more blood through. Nothing to worry about, unless of course you mean your fingers go utterly numb, which maybe isn't so good. :)
That depends i guess....how fat are you?
