Answers:

No, your heart is okay. You have arrythmia, or palpitations and some tachycardia which is caused by the adrenal glands producing adrenaline, which is like a power juice or a jolt to the system, for fight or flight, gives you rapid heart beat, for when your muscles need it, strength, power, or anxiety/fear response. Your endocrine system and cortisol is imbalanced. Inderal/Propranolol takes care of it.

Coffee/caffeine does it, also gives GERDS or acid reflux. Energy drinks do both, and so does alcohol or plain sugar, sometimes.

You need to relax, and if you prefer the natural route, take vitamins B12 and 1000 units of d per day.

Cardiac Arrest can happen to anyone anywhere anytime.. i dont mean to scare you. With anxiety Try and try and see a phycologist, hypnotism Would be a good start to your anxiety attacks i have to get an echocardiogram done for my paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. if the doctors say there is nothing wrong everythings fine with your heart but if you do get worried you should go to the ER and ask to get tested...

Hope i helped

eat healthy and workout, do yoga and meditate, that will alleviate your anxiety. If you're really concerned go check it out. Avoid fried foods and sodas, drink lots of waters eat veggies and fruits and white meats like chicken breast, and fish (if you are a meat eater). Hope you get well soon :)
