I wouldn't really try to lose weight so much as tone up. Eat healthy -- don't drink soda or sugary juices, cut back on sweets and greasy foods, eat more lean protein (chicken, turkey) and fruits and veggies. Try to get in 30 minutes of cardio (running, dancing, self defense class, walking) at least 4 times per week and do push ups, squats, crunches, etc to tone up your muscles. You can also get some resistance bands and such too.

You shouldn't lose weight. If you want to just eat healthy and exercise.

Don't be lazy, exercise is key.

well, if your that cautious, then exercise more, eat more greens! and have fresh juice in the morning. see if you can go to a gym a couple of times a week (if you have time)!

stop eating junk food and drinking sodas.

Check with your Dr. Be physically active and you will be OK

5'1 At 123 is not fat. I repeat it's NOT FAT.

Just be fit and stop gettin gon the scale

hey i know what ure going through...i am 14 too and i am 5 feet and i weigh 113 now but i used to weigh more..but then i wanted to look really good and get healthier so i just started doing plenty exercies adn drinking tons of water and just eating smaller portions and eating healthier foods..try cutting back on soda and sweets and eat plenty veggies and fruits...but u r fine the way u r!!! dont let anyone tell u otherwise..besides the holidays r coming up so enjoy!!!!!

I dont think you fat! You may feel you are but your not. Your young right now and as long as you keep your self motivated and moving, you dont have to worry bout it. Walk around the mall with friends, play vollyball, etc. Just have fun and dont worry bout your weight! Im sure you look perfect! Good luck honey! Remember your only 14, dont stress it so much!

I think you should be working on your mindset first.

I believe that weight loss always starts from mindset. This is the reason why i am able to lose 15kg in 2 months and maintain for 3 years straight, all the way till my pregnancy.

You see, we are what we are today because of our past... our past actions.. these actions are decided by our decisions in what to eat and whether to exercise lead and they lead us to having this figure today..

These decisions come from your mindsets.

Now, suppose I do teach you how to lose the weight and you do lose it.. but if your mindsets and decisions are the same.. and so your actions are the same. So you would continue to eat as you did, sleep as you did and ta da!

After three months, you probably will not maintian your weight loss but instead go back to square one.. dun you agree? ;)

So it is impt to get your mindsets right first.

Before you start any weight loss program, here are some questions you might like to think about to prepare your mindset for weight loss:

1) What is my goal? I want to lose __kg in __ time.
2) Why do I want to achieve this goal? (if possible, come up with 50 reasons)
3) If I do not achieve it, what pains will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
4) If I achieve it, what happiness will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
5) What will happen to me if I continue my current situation for the next 10 years?
6) Then when do I want to take action?

Some solutions I can offer you for diet:
Breakfast: eat fruits/drink fruit juice
Lunch: Less carbo, more veg and fruits, less seafood, meat and eggs
Dinner: Same as lunch but no solid food after 8pm. Soups are great dinners

If you want to exercise to enhance the speed of weight loss. Go for some light jogging or do something you enjoy like an aerobic class or kick boxing class...
