ride a bike. for videos I like Turbo jam. and to kick your work out into high gear before you ever get started you should start with a nutritional cleanse. I recommend Isagenix. do some pilates.. theyre super good for legs

jogging, calf raises (where you go up on your toes and back down again, over and over) jumping jacks

anything repeatedly jumping should strengthen your calves, for your thighs do butt busters and leg extensions (butt busters are where you are on all fours and you raise one leg out to the side on a 90 degree angle repeatedly)

Squats are the best overall workout for the legs. However, don't just do squats all the time. Mix up the workout with leg extensions, box jumps, Lunges, and sprints to get an overall workout that will keep your body guessing. If you do the same workout over and over, your body will get used to it and it won't be as effective.

The best way to really tone your legs and glutes to and make them shapely is to learn to do squats and lots of cardio.

Yeah run on the treadmill or use a bicycle machine. Read, catch up on movies, or watch t.v. while you run or ride. The continuous motion of both is much easier the joints than running on hard surfaces like asphalt. Try out some squats and lunges before you begin. If an indoor gym is to boring for you then go biking outdoors. And if you are a person who hates bicycles then go out dancing. It's fun and you get your excercise at the same time :)
