Working out and losing weight?!


Question: i'm 14 and one week ago, i was 110 lbs .
and the whole week, i exercised everyday and avoided fatening foods, junk, and sugar.
and i lost 5 pounds !
i am NOT starving myself okay? just not eating the fatening things.
and yet, my stomach is still kinda flabby.
if i do this for at least another week do you think i can lose the boing boing stomach? hehe

You sound very sexy to me(awkward!!!), guys don't like it when a girl is too skinny, you sound like you are at the perfect size to me. Don't worry, I'm sure you look really good. And if you are working out, make sure you are just doing it to stay healthy

yup.. and if you dont already add in some ab workouts and thatll help you out

well, if u keep on oding wat u did this week, then u should b fine in no time and 110 pounds for being 14 is like kinds skinny!!!!
