Listen to me, you lost the weight once, you CAN do it again! Stay strong! Stay positive! Stay optimistic! And stay realistic. Don't give yourself 3 days to lose it, give yourself a realistic time frame. Also maybe this time, be satisfied with being at least 115 pounds and no less. You'll look healthier and sexier at 115. Don't let anyone or even you think that you can't do it, because you have all the ability in the world to accomplish your goals no matter how little or big they are. Don't starve yourself either. Just eat in moderation. Eat healthy snacks-fruits and veggies. Eat a small-sized desert no more than twice a week. Keep exercising. Do some walking first, eventually you'll find yourself jogging, then running, then, you'll have lost the weight.
Remember, exercise, eat healthy, be optimistic.

There's potential in everyone, and they need to know! :) Report It

  • Maybe your body knew it was starving at 109 and felt it needed to gain some weight. 109 at your height is toooooo thin. 130 is fine. I would never go below 120.

    runnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn...

I have a friend that also complained about her weight and she asked her doctor to put her on an appetite suppressant so he prescribed phentermine generic for Adipex and she lost 24 pds in 3 months......no lie, she looks great!!!
    Good luck

healthy food habits and good workout always required for maintenance. this is the time to change your life style because with few efforts you will loose again but with faulty habits you will gain back more then that.
now concentrate more on good dietary habits and healthy life style rather then only weight loss.
as you have lost good amt of weight earlier you know well what you should do? and what to avoid?

    here is some addition
    proper hydration.
    lots of fibers
    avoid late dinners
    munching on citrus fruits only
    avoid eating at night.
    don't nap in day time.
avoid empty kcal beverages and foods.

    have a nice day

try to change ur eathing life style then u will maintain ur weight.

Make sure you're getting between 1 and 1.5 times your body weight (if you are overweight, then substitute your target body weight) in grams of protein. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, you should be eating between 150 and 225 grams of protein per day if you want to consistently gain muscle. Full time bodybuilders can eat sometimes two to three times their bodyweight in grams of protein, and sometimes more, but for most of us that would be overkill.

Use a variety of protein sources. The most common source is meat, but there are alternatives. Nuts, rice and beans, cottage cheese, and soy are all high in protein. They all have different types of amino acids in, so the more variety the better.

Consider supplements. These are an easy way to gain more protein without having to actually eat it. Whey and Soy Proteins are common. Some doctors say that Whey Protein is difficult to digest and can strain your liver or kidneys. A high protein diet in general can be straining on the kidneys, so it is important to drink a lot of water. This will flush out your system and negate the negative effects of eating a high protein diet.

Balance your workouts. If you are doing a highly aerobic activity of any kind and don't eat a high protein diet you will consistently lose strength and muscle mass. Many high school and college athletes, such as wrestlers, are faced with declining strength throughout the season because they are unaware of this fact.

Include carbs in your diet. If you are planning on lifting weights but also aiming to lower your body fat, you should know that it is impossible to get a pump without carbohydrates in your system
