I Need To Lose 10kg?!


Question: I need to lose 10kg as soon as possible

I can not exarcise that much because I can not leave the house at the moment due to panick attacks,

so how can i lose 10kg with out leaving the house, i dont have any dumbells or tredmill or anythink like that and i dont have the money to get it?

Excerise can help your panic attacks so dance around the house to get excerise. It will make you feel better too.

As for losing weight 80-90% of what you eat will come from weight loss. A great way to do this is to follow the food guide with portion control and drinking lots of water. The big one here is portion control. Really, you don't have to eliminate anything in your diet if you practice this and you will feel fuller on less food which causes weight loss

  • jump around, skipping, push ups, sit ups, the longer u do them the better, plus dun eat too much fast food then ull be rite

    Do jogging.
    Bt i knw u cnt do..;-)

    around 2 months.....................do as follows...........remember while losing weight, diet plays 80% and workout 20%

    [1] drink warm water through out the program
    [2] no oily or fatty food
    [3] eat fresh friuts and green vegetables
    [4] drink water after 1 hour u had ur meal
    [5] drink milk at night, it helps in digestion
    [6] for workout, jumping, crunches, skipping, push ups, and u can find some warm up exercises on google.
