Help! my abs! youll all get gud ratings!?!


Question: i have 4 faint abs. i do hill sprints twice a week. i play football (soccer) at medium intesity everyday for a bout 1 hr. and still i have this annoying lower belly fat that covers my 5th and 6th abs. what the hell should i do! im only 16 and no weights yeah

I do lower ab work out by doing leg lifts. They only take a few minutes to really wear you out. Lay down flat on the floor and place your arms slightly out to the side, lift both legs a few inches off the floor and hold for 2 breath counts. Lower your legs and repeat for about 5 minutes. As you get accustomed to these, try raising your legs a little higher for the same 5 minutes. Amazon and other places sell the 8 minute ab dvd's and I highly recommend them as none of the excesses requires weights or a lot of time.

this is a great lower ab excersize.

lay down on the floor with your legs out straight and your hands slightly underneath your buttocks.

you should look like this:

lift your legs to a 45 degree angle (keep them straight and point your toes)

you should look like this:

/
0------/

lower them slowly.

since you are so athletic you should probably do many of these to feel the burn. Do it everynight and you should get those lower abs chiselled in no time.
