How much cardio is needed to carve out a six-pack?!
Question: I'm 16 years old, and i have a semi-six-pack, but i really wanna shed off the fat and carve them out. How much cardio do you think is needed to accomplish this goal? I usually do 30 minutes on the elliptical on a high intensity, then 15 minute interval sprints on the treadmill.

At this point it is probably more diet then cardio. Cut out sugars like soft drinks, watch fat intake and eat more smaller meals through out the day to keep your metabolism up and avoid starving your body, it is bad to starve your body from what it needs that will actually trigger your body to store more fat.
what about crunches.i do the same thing,jogging, areobics ,and of course eating right i feel the pain,but you will get there
