What should I do ?!


Question: since summer is coming , and i want to get my legs right.Im skinny so how do I gain weight and make it go to my legs, should i just stuff myself with food? is there some kind of food or shake to make me gain weight? And wat is the best way to get rid of scars whether they are old or new and strech marks. or can i do some kind of exercise . i dont know. Anybodies suggestion would really help

the best way to get your legs right is to start doing some exercises with them. the best exercises are calf raises, squats, lunges and romanian deadlifts. if you don't know what any of these are then just google them and i'm sure you can find picture demonstrations. you can start doing then without weights but then gradually add a few pounds. this will bulk up your legs with nice, smooth, firm muscle rather than fat which is what would happen if you just stuffed your face with food. your going to have to eat a little more than usual just because muscle takes a lot of energy to maintain but the extra food should come from healthy things such as whole grain carbs, fruits, veggies, lean protein and healthy fats. there is a product out there called maderma that's supposed to lighten up scars and possibly might work for stretch marks too but there is nothing really that can get them to go away permanently (except for maybe a few super expensive laser sessions.) hope this helps! :)

It is possible to tone and shape muscle in your legs through very targeted weight training program. Consult the trainers at your gym to find out what weight lifting/machines will target your legs.

if you gain weight you can't know where you will gain.it can be on your legs but it can also be on arms or face or anything.only with exercise.you do certain exercises for the certain area.about scars i don't know what you should do.i have this problem too!
