Yes. You will lose weight with a diet and exercise plan like this.

I'm not sure what your serving sizes are, but this diet may not provide enough calories to fuel these intense daily workouts, which will burn several hundred calories. It seems counterintuitive, but if you're not eating enough, you will feel tired and groggy and your workouts will be less effective.

To stay energized, I would consider substituting one of your nut snacks with a fruit or adding an ounce of low fat cheese and be sure your salads and stir frys include plenty of vegetables. You could also add a dense vegetable to the side like squash, corn or beans. You also may want to consider an evening snack like plain yogurt with berries and wheat germ.

In addition to the cranberry juice, drink plenty of water. If you don't care for plain water, toss in some lemon or orange slices.

I don't know how much weight you will lose, but 12-15 pounds (about 2 sizes) is possible. You could lose more or less, depending on how your body responds.

ADDED:
By the way, if you've already purchased your dress, be aware that alterations more than two sizes are very difficult to do - it changes the pattern considerably (especially in the shoulders, sleeves and bust). They're even more difficult when you consider beading, lace and other embellishments that go into a detailed dress like that.

My oh my.
You sure have this planned out well.
You should loose weight, especially if you stick to this plan for a while.
I'd say at a HEALTHY loss of weight, about 10-15 lbs.
About 2 or 3 dress sizes.
But don't make yourself feel self conscious on YOUR big day.
Have fun and I really hope that you have an absolutely wonderful wedding day.
Nice Job.

to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.

Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.

Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.

no eating after 7pm !!

do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.

Try this for 3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.

P.S.
American Whey protein is also good for a replacement meal.
Good taste and goes down smoothly.
Been taking it for 5 yrs now.

Good luck:
