Impossible!! Unless you have lyposuction or a tummy tuck or something like that.

Eat less (but eat healthy) take in less calories and exercise more but it won't happen in a week..............

Sorry- not possible. I suppose you could cut off a leg or something, but there is no healthy way to lose thirty pounds. You could try for 3-4 lbs... : )

I am sure that whatever you want to lose thirty pounds for is important. However, you should be confident in your own skin and realize that a smile and good posture will make you look a thousand times more attractive than a grumpy skinny person.

chop a leg off...j/k That is too much too fast it would be unhealthy if you did that..just span it over like 6 months and you will be fine..the best way to lose is to do it right, the pounds will stay off easier

How much do you weigh?

I wondered at first if this question was sincere. There is no weigh to lose 30 lbs of fat in one week---many people have gone on drastic diets in order to lose 30 lbs in a month.

That being said, you can possibly lose 30 lbs of WEIGHT in a week, but it would not be fat. You would do this by eating lots of fiber supplements so that you basically empty out your digestive tract. You also spend a lot of time in a plastic suit in a sauna like wrestlers do to sweat out weight. You barely drink any water. You barely eat any food. You get a hair cut (every ounce counts). This is an absurd and drastic measure, but your body will end up weighing less but looking worse--you will lose lbs and lbs of muscle tissue, you will be tired, you will have headaches and cramps in muscles all over your body, will feel miserable. From the entire effort you MIGHT lose a lb or two of fat, and that's it. It is highly dangerous and you might end up in the hospital.

The short answer is that it is NOT possible to lose that weight healthily. It takes longer than a week to gain 30 lbs and it takes longer than a week to lose 30 lbs.

You may want to do more reading about diet and exercise if you want to lose 30 lbs of fat the right way.

There is no way to lose 30 pounds in a week. You shouldn't even lose 30 pounds in a month. Just be yourself and wear flattering clothes. Do not try to be anything or anyone but yourself.

why do people always ask these ridiculous questions?
surely you are not as stupid to think a diet for a week will take a quarter off your body weight!

it's not possible nor healthy. you would probably end up in the ER or something. just exercise and watch what you eat, most of the weight will be water weight anyway, in a week, it's possible to lose 5-10 pounds a day, most being water....

I believe that weight loss always starts from mindset. This is the reason why i am able to lose 15kg in 2 months and maintain for 3 years straight, all the way till my pregnancy.

You see, we are what we are today because of our past... our past actions.. these actions are decided by our decisions in what to eat and whether to exercise lead and they lead us to having this figure today..

These decisions come from your mindsets.

Now, suppose I do teach you how to lose the weight and you do lose it.. but if your mindsets and decisions are the same.. and so your actions are the same. So you would continue to eat as you did, sleep as you did and ta da!

After three months, you probably will not maintian your weight loss but instead go back to square one.. dun you agree? ;)

So it is impt to get your mindsets right first.

Before you start any weight loss program, here are some questions you might like to think about to prepare your mindset for weight loss:

1) What is my goal? I want to lose __kg in __ time.
2) Why do I want to achieve this goal? (if possible, come up with 50 reasons)
3) If I do not achieve it, what pains will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
4) If I achieve it, what happiness will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
5) What will happen to me if I continue my current situation for the next 10 years?
6) Then when do I want to take action?

Some solutions I can offer you for diet:
Breakfast: eat fruits/drink fruit juice
Lunch: Less carbo, more veg and fruits, less seafood, meat and eggs
Dinner: Same as lunch but no solid food after 8pm. Soups are great dinners

If you want to exercise to enhance the speed of weight loss. Go for some light jogging or do something you enjoy like an aerobic class or kick boxing class...
