Abdominal fat question, please help me?!
Question: i have fat no where else except for my stomach. why is that? i just started going to the gym and i got a personal trainer. so as far as cardio goes, my trainer wants me to burn 600 calories in 1 hour 5x per week? isn't that a lot? i don't even have a full 10 pounds to lose, but i'd like to lose 10-15 pounds anyway. as far as the strength training goes, we do abs, upper and lower body work outs for a 1/2 hour twice a week. isn't the cardio thing too much? i'm only 16. don't you think 300 calories is more reasonable? but, i don't know maybe she's right. in order to lose fat you have to burn 600 calories 5x per week for 1 hour.

shes right since
3500 = 1lb of fat
so 600*5 = 3000 and ontop of that u do strength training so u will lose 1-2 lbs of fat a week. very healthyx
I think I would listen to your personal trainer. If I had one I would listen to what he or she had to say.
