Weight issues?!
Question: hi
um well i am 5ft 5 and a month ago i was 11stone (154lbs) with a BMI of 25.6 (overweight)
and people would always comment about my weight so i went on a "diet", well i ate about 300 calories or less a day and i am now 9 stone 13 (139lbs) and my bmi is 23.1.
i am still doing this and many people are now saying how much weight i have lost and hat i dont need to loose anymore, but i am still fat and much bigger then my friends. is a bmi of 23.1 big cause i still look fat. do people just want me to stay fat?
what is an ideal weight. what should i aim for?
please help me i h8 my weight!
i do lots of excersise and i still have fat thighs and belly and arms and it just wont go :'(
how much more do i need to loose before i get thin aand see a differance?

i agree with person above 120 - 125 is ideal but everyone is different
Around 120 or 125 should be about right
