Is 30 min of running in place every day enough excersise?!
Question: Yes, but in my opinion, if you try doing more strength excercises as well, you would do way better. Try doing the jogging thing 2-3 times a week, and then find some strength excercises 2-3 times too!

Yes, that is good. Even if you just ran for five minutes, that would be acceptable. Any form of movement is exercise. When I was in gym in high school, they said running as fast as you could for one minute (or sprint), walk for one minute, repeat, would have more of an affect then running the same pace for x amount of time.
