Will i lose weight if i burn 600 calories 6x per week?!


Question: my goal is to lose anywhere between 10-15 pounds, if it takes 2 months, than its takes 2 months. i heard slow and steady weight loss stays off longer than rapid weight loss.

MOST DEFINITELY! but! you must lower you calorie INTAKE as well, so as you are burning calories you must allso not be eating as much.

Just do it, don't talk about it or ask questions and make all sort of plans. Just do it, start right now, do something each day, avoid french fries and any sodas, and over time you will have the perfect weight. Maybe not in two months, but in time. It is much better to lose only 2 pounds per month and keep it off than to lose more per month and put it back on.

Burning 600 calories 6x per week will make you gain weight. :) If you mean reducing your calorie intake by 600 per day then yes but you need to figure out how much you actually burn per day. Let's say you use 2000 calories a day if you take in 1400 then yes you will lose weight.

The key to losing weight and keeping it off is lifestyle. If you are an active person then fighting to lose weight won't be as much a challenge as those that are not.

You should also find your target heart range for fat burning.
