How do i lose weight fast?!


Question: ok well im kinda fattish i weigh 115 im 5'3 i need to lose weight quickly or jsut soon idk how to do it but do any of you? even if you dont think i need to do you still ahve suggestions on how?

..... you need to eat a balanced diet to lose weight!
trust me! people who starve themselves just
end up gaining the weight back and more!
to lose weight you need to eat a breakfast, lunch
& dinner! & just make sure what your eating is healthy!
but just make sure your portions aren't that
big! give yourself a reasonable amount.. and you
will do fine :) also.. if you want to lose weight..
i know that if you join a sport you will lose alot
of weight.. because you are burning the calories
and having fun doing it with a friend :) its like killing
2 birds with one stone! ( just a saying.. i'm against
killing birds lol ) but yea! i hope i helped :) good luck!

  • drink water and eat in portions (so you wont feel full or have that big pouch after eating) and maintain a well digestion system by eating fiber if you want to lose weight even faster workout cardio

    Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
    Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
    Dont eat until you're full
    Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
    Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

    Sorry, but Kelly is wrong about one thing....you should never ever skip meals! It slows your metabolism. I watched Oprah one night and people had lost like 500 pounds by eating 6 small, healthy meals a day. My friend lost about 20 pounds in no time just walking for about an hour a day and eating healthier. I, however, have been struggling with my weight for a few years now. I can't do the walking thing since I'm in a wheelchair. I am gonna try the 6 small, healthy meals a day.
