Question: i weigh 120 somethign puonds
and 5'5
and ppl call me fat
but many call me normal and no ur not fat
i dont have a stomach at all
but i do have thighs
and that pisses me off
cause that makes ppl think im fat
and idk wat to tell them wen they call me fat
i get nervous aboutt his
and i barely eat at all
and i dont seem to be dropping ay weight
help me!!
tell me what to do
and i dont have time to exercise cause im always busy and stuff

Part of this would be your age?? Many girls (< 18) grow into their hips and become nicely shaped. Women (18 +) at 120 and 5'5" and hippy should not have people calling them fat as that is very becoming.
If people are calling you fat, they are either trying to transfer their shortcomings to you to make them feel better about themselves or trying to be mean just to be so.
Eat healthy and stay fit and you will not be sorry.

no your not at all. dont "barely" eat. if you want to lose weight talk to your doctor and find a healthy diet for you.

just walking will help, but thighs are pretty hard to work off without exercise, but start walking,,,, 3 hours of walking a week equals 10 pounds of weight loss per month, if u do not pig out that is good luck

uhm, i'd say your fat because i'm 5'9" ans 104 lbs, but to normal people you are average. you can't drop weight without cardio but if you eat 5 small meals a day and they are healthy that should help, because you keep your metabolism moving.

ur not fat and it depends on ur age. im guessing ur around 13 so if thats the case ppl are just trying to get on ur nerves. ur not fat u just have big thighs

if your only 120 pounds then your not fat......they are probably paranoid about their own but it sounds like you have some issues when it comes to your weight

by the look of it you dont seem fat but if you think your legs are then you should jog or do leg exercises or jazzercise

No, everyone is built differently. My sister is 5'4 115 and she has a pudgy tummy. I'm 5'6 138 and have a flat toned tummy. By any estimation 5'5 120 is slim. Eat and exercise

Who are you on the inside? I am 5'8" and weigh 160 and no one thinks I'm fat. I also LOVE MYSELF and am proud of who I am. I walk with confidence and pride, I love people and enjoy helping others. Maybe you need to look at others and not at yourself, sometimes we spend too much time in front of the mirror and not enough time being/helping/doing for others. Merry Christmas. How can 120lb and 5' 5" person POSSIBLY fat? The muscle and fat is distributed all over people's body and the distribution is not the same from person to person. If you do a BMI calculations, you are in the lower half of the "normal" weight for your height.

I doubt that you're "fat". At 5'5" and 120, technically you're not fat. But how much muscle mass do you have?

They're saying now that even if you're "thin" you can still be "fat" based on the amount of muscle you have or don't have.

Don't stop eating because that won't help at all! Eat protien and all that. If you're concerned about your legs, maybe you could do some lunges or squats before you go to bed or right when you get up? That would help build a good amount of muscle.

You are just right - maybe even a bit underweight. Whomever says you are fat is an idiot. Guys like curves. Sounds like you have some nice ones.
