Diet diet diet??!


Question: alright...
can you list some diets i can use?
such as a water diet or soup diet?
i excerise but its not helping me.
i need a kind of food i can stick too and only eat that kind of food or drink.
please help me.

Honestly the ones I'm about to tell you are really unhealthy. They are, in the biggest sense, "crash" diets. But I guess if you're willing to consider a water and soup diet then so be it.

If you're into dairy, apparently there's a dairy diet that people I know swear by. What they eat daily looks roughly like this:

Breakfast: Yogurt, skim milk
Lunch: 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
Dinner: Skim milk, 2 oz. cheese, yogurt
Snack: Low-Fat ice cream

It personally doesn't appeal to me but my friend's lost around 6 pounds. She says she likes it because you're "allowed" to eat any dairy you want. I honestly wouldn't suggest using this for more than a week.

What else is there? Oh, the rice cake diet.

Fruit and veggies are allowed
Mass amounts of water and other low-calorie liquids
And of course, rice cakes.

There's really no substitute for healthy eating and exercise. If your weight is a major concern to you, you should talk to your doctor. Please don't rely on diets for long periods of time.

"the diet for teen agers only" look it up and buy it it helped me tons =)

diets dont work.
what does work, is a lifestyle. A lifestyle is basically a small diet that you keep throughout your life. What i basically did was cut out food with almost no nutritional value such as: candy, pop, potato chips, etc.
Switch to skim milk and drink alot. also use lower fat alternatives such as presidents choice "blue menu" foods. Try and be active aswell, walk instead of drive, or even park far away from the store so you can burn a few extra calories walking in. You'll see results without harming your body.

use this liquid diet are bad because once you go off the diet and eat solids you blow up in a matter of weeks.start exercising.
