.... you need to eat a balanced diet to lose weight!
trust me! people who starve themselves just
end up gaining the weight back and more!
to lose weight you need to eat a breakfast, lunch
& dinner! & just make sure what your eating is healthy!
but just make sure your portions aren't that
big! give yourself a reasonable amount.. and you
will do fine :) also.. if you want to lose weight..
i know that if you join a sport you will lose alot
of weight.. because you are burning the calories
and having fun doing it with a friend :) its like killing
2 birds with one stone! ( just a saying.. i'm against

Crunches help you tone your ab musles, they dont help you loose weight. and as for the yogurt, if you stop the eating 3 yoplaits a day you put the weight back on and then some...which isnt a problum if you want to get really fat or never eat anything elese for your entire life. so do cardio alot, lunges, crunches, lift hand weights.

You can't lose weight from doing crunches alone.

You need to do cardio to get rid of the fat. Doing crunches will only strengthen your abs.

And don't be so stupid as to only eat 3 yogurts a day. You'll wind up gaining weight from that once your body goes into starvation mode.

Slow and steady is the only way to go. Lose 2 pounds a week through proper diet and exercise and you're in the clear.

You really shouldn't be trying to lose 15 lbs in a month. Most doctors advise losing 1-2lbs a week at most. As for how to tone your arms-pushups! Butt? Lunges!

I believe that weight loss always starts from mindset. This is the reason why i am able to lose 15kg in 2 months and maintain for 3 years straight, all the way till my pregnancy.

1) What is my goal? I want to lose __kg in __ time.
2) Why do I want to achieve this goal? (if possible, come up with 50 reasons)
3) If I do not achieve it, what pains will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
4) If I achieve it, what happiness will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
5) What will happen to me if I continue my current situation for the next 10 years?
6) Then when do I want to take action?

Some solutions I can offer you for diet:
Breakfast: eat fruits/drink fruit juice
Lunch: Less carbo, more veg and fruits, less seafood, meat and eggs
Dinner: Same as lunch but no solid food after 8pm. Soups are great dinners

If you want to exercise to enhance the speed of weight loss. Go for some light jogging or do something you enjoy like an aerobic class or kick boxing class...
