Is doing pilates after eating bad for you?!


Question: my dad said that this damages your organs, but i'm not sure. what say you? also, can men do pilates and get the same benefits as women?

at most you might get a cramp, but it won't "damage" your internal organs. Wait about 20-30 minutes for your stomach to settle before doing any type of strength training or cardivascular exercise to avoid a stomach or side cramp. Pilates is a very safe exercise

they also say marijuana is bad for you because its a drug but it just grows like that and if u happen to set it on fire there are some effects. drugs you need to chemically alter it you need baking soda, water, heat it up, i dont know the ingredients im just saying

No. There is a myth that you can not exercise after eating. As long as your heart is strong, it will not bother you.

The worst case scenario of exercising after eating is you would get cramps if your heart was not strong enough to digest food and also move your skeletal muscles.
