Is vitiman d milk good for a 4 year old?!

all my kids were on 2% milk from age one. The cardiologist told me that whole milk has too much milk fat in it and is not good for my son to drink. 2% milk does have vitamin D in it.
i don't know, but i know 4 year old vitamin D milk is not good for anyone.
Sure. But if she's used to 2% the whole milk might make her sick. If you're switching her over, just do it gradually...add a bit to what she usually drinks.
If my kids drink whole milk it gives them a tummy ache...they just aren't used to it.
I have 6 kids and ALL of them were on 2% from 1 year on.
