Im totally slim but Ive always had this annoying lower belly fat! what is it?? h!


Question: im slim, maybe a lil bit skinny, 5'2 and I weigh exactly 100 pounds. I totally love my bod except for my lower ab! its freakin flabby! What iz wrong with me? It can naturally be my body structure, but no matter how often I do ab crunches and leg lifts, it wont flatten! Its embarrasing! I hate sucking my tummy in just to make it look a bit flatter! When i eat and get full, its not my upper tummy that becomes big, its my lower tummy eew! Please help! It looks funny, well its not really bad but I wanna be completely sexy with a really flat tummy. If you need picts to help me, id be glad to post some haha, im desperate, I have this obsession with flat abs :( it would give me a confidence lift. thanks so much :)

i don't know if you do sports or other cardio exercise but maybe that's what you need to do. combine that with exercises (more than one, for variety) that specifically target the lower abs (ab crunches are primarily for upper abs). you can use the internet to find the exercises.

it's also just possible that it's genetics. sometimes, there isn't really a way to get rid of it. seeing as how you're skinny already, it's probably not as big as you think it is. learn to be proud of the body you have and accept it.

That's the hardest part to get rid of.Try leg lifts and crunches.

you probably need to take a walk more than a half hour a day. Your lower belly muscle is probably weak, that's why the area looks flabby, but, once you gain the lean muscle under your tummy, you should look very great. Good luck

it's going to be a difficult job but you're going to have to isolate and excercise those lower stomach muscles and continue to lower your body fat ratio.
You can look skinny but still have a lot of fat in your body.
