Will this work for fast(ish) weight lose??!


Question: will this work and how well will each thing work?? and for each # how much/week or month or what ever.(and some you cant really do cuase i dont have the amounts but then put in amounts)
1-eating less grains(i dont eat meat, and fish is meat) and more fruits+veggies.
2-walking my dog for 30min/2days
3-drinking 3cups water/day(i used to drink none)
4-dancing 1hour/week
5-eating less junky foods

Fruits and vegetables are good. I think you should at least walk 30 minutes a day minimal, but if you want weight loss then you need to put an hour everyday or 6 times a week. Water is good after all it doesn't have any fructose syrup or sugars. Dancing is a great form of exercise since it moves all your muscles you might want to put some time on weight lifting though. Last but not least junk foods. I know you need to avoid all junk foods but to avoid binge you could give yourself a one free day out of the week with one meal won't be so bad...i hope this helps.


Don't forget a vitamin supplement, skim free milk, and whole wheat bread if necessary.
