i do wrestling, and at the start of practice im at 185lbs
at the end of practice im usually at 183. ive gotten down to 181. its just about sweating and not drinking too much water, but enough to keep hydrated.

LOTS of water, the water will push out the other water, drink until you feel like a watter ballon and then wait. youll feel better and youll look great.
