I need to lose about 15 pounds befores new years! PLEASE HELP ME!!!?!


Question: i'm about 5'8 and i weigh 145 lbs....but i'm only 14! i have excercise equiptment and i'm kind of ubsessed with chips and pop! Please help me! i have a huge party that i have to go to with a hot tub...yea i need to lose weight PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

start drinking DIET coke, instead of the regular sugar filled one!!! Also start eating foods that are high in fiber and high in protein!!! I am currently on a 800 calories diet and it mostly consists of protein!!!! And every calorie i go over i have to do a crunch!!! I am eating low calories fried eggs! 1 egg+ 1 egg white=1 yolk and 2 egg whites!!! And then about 11 calories worth of butter to grease the pan a little bit!! And then i eat protein bars!!!! I lost about 2 pounds in the past few days!!!

Ideal body weight for 5'8 is 140#...and 15 #s in the next 3 weeks is a bit much unless you wanna lose a bunch of muscle and water, not a great idea.

Sorry, but you're too late. It's just about physically impossible to lose that much weight in that short of a time. Should you attempt it, you will likely end up in the hospital, very sick.

The answer is obvious: give up the junk food and start using your exercise equipment! With determination and commitment to eating less food (and eating higher quality food) and exercising more, it is realistic to lose up to two pounds a week, or up to six pounds by New Year's.

Sorry hun but there's no magic pill... but i can tell you that if ya dont lay off the pop your gonna be huge when your older... trust me my sister weighs over 350lbs thanks to the help of pop. break the habit now or your will be wanting to lose more than 15 lbs

First stop it with the chips and soda neither are good for you. Stay away from fast food completely. and Do a nutritonal cleanse that focuses on all the internal organs. There is no way you can loose that much weight in a healthy manner. If you starve yourself you will gain all of the weight plus back, and will most likely gain more back too.

Consider picking healthier foods to eat and getting some daily exercise, nothing too extreme though. You're a teenager which means you need at least 1800 calories a day.

ummmmm im sorry to bum u out, but thats impossible! maybe 5 punds- but 15??!!!!! you can end up extremely sick in a hospital! u woulnt want that, would you? just go to the party, have fun, and be yourself! :) merry christmas, girl! happy partying!

Caution; You can do it, but you'll lose muscle and water weight and your body might not look as good as you think it might not to mention it is really unhealthy and your forcing your body to eat itself away. If you still want to give it a shot then here goes.

I use to wrestle in high school, so I know how to lose a bunch of weight fast. Limit yourself to no more than 1200 calories a day. Three meals of vegetables and a small portion of lean meat, such as chicken or turkey.
Next drink at least 2 liters of water a day.
And lastly and most easily, run about 4 miles a day. Go at your own pace, but make sure you are tired afterwards.
