127 inch waist? hope that is a typo, cause that would mean you are almost 11 foot around the waist! how would a person even walk this way?

I know how tempting it is to want to focus on looks rathe than health. Just think of your priorities. Eat the good foods and forget about boobs.

Maybe you are also focusing too much on what you shouldnt eat. Just think of what you should eat instead. More fibre, your water drinking, fruits and vegetables, etc. Keep adding the healthy choices and the bad foods will automatically go out the window. All the best.

here is the thing it is not possible at this time to target areas for loosing weight. you cannot say I want to loose weight around the abd but keep my boobs as they are and butt as they are for instance. You loose wieght all over your body. The way to loose weight is to exercise and decrease food consumption. When you loose weight you will loose it all over including your boobs. so your boobs will get slightly smaller however it is not noticable because boob size is proportional to the rest of your body. If you want larger boobs and less fat on your tummy the only way to do that is breast augmentation with liposuction.
