How much weight can I lose in 1 month so that won't affect my heath ?!

Question: The thing is that I'm taking some chromium picolinate tablets for my eating disorder, and since then I don't feel like eating that much, I eat barley anything, and I lost about 10 pounds in 2 weeks. My question is: Is it healthy to lose that much weight in 2 weeks? I have some old problems with my vitamins C and Mg, but the tablets didn't affect this problem, I made some tests and everything is ok. How much weight can I lose in 1 month so that won't affect my heath ?
What problems can I encounter by loosing this weight?

Weight loss is often rapid at the beginning and slows down. One reason for this is that if you're exercising as well (as you should) you're usually adding muscle and it weighs more than fat.

You don't say how tall you are or what you already weight. I'm 6'3" so losing 10 pounds in a week at the beginning of a diet was normal for me. When I did a major push of diet and exercise I lost 10 pounds per month and had no negative health effects. My doctor at the time suggested 5 pounds a months should be the goal but didn't say anything was wrong with the higher loss I was experiencing.

The idea is even if you don't feel "hungry" you need to train yourself to eat properly. Eat 3 balanced meals per day as this trains your body. Often people try to skp meals which is bad on two counts:
1) Your body goes into starvation mode so actually tries to save fat.
2) When you do eat later you have a tendency to overeat.

1-1.5 kg per week is normal, more than that can cause problems.

tops 2 pounds a week.I assume you are between 100 and 200...........at 300......... three pounds,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

It would be nice to know how much you weigh. In the beginning of any diet the first few pounds are what they call water weight. To assure that you stay healthy eat ONLY heathy foods, junk food can put you in a pine box. If you are really concerned about the health issue relative to dieting see your doctor. It can't hurt. Good luck.
