Loose weight very fast---i am oh so very confused?!


Question: how do i loose weight...? i am only 13 so i cant do those diet things. any ideas please...?
ive already triend going bilemic but that doesnt work and i have also starved myself...but that makes me very sick so how else should i,,,....???

I own 2 Gold's Gym's and Me and my wife are at competition level, so listen up! My kids @ 5 and 7 diet. Starving yourself will make losing weight take longer and you will not be healthy. Todays foods are ****. You have to cook at home or be very carefull eating out. Try this. Eat nothing but protien loaded foods( tuna, chicken, fish and steak) most of the time. You will needs carbs but you can get by with very little for awhile. Clean carbs(whole wheat, oatmeal.) NO SUGAR at all. use sweetners. Stay away from alot of fruit, juices and dairy products. Pay attention to all food labels. If there is sugar, don't eat it. Eat less than 300 carbs a day, and 1500 to 1800 calories daily. Then you will need to be active everyday for atleast 1 hour. Absolutly no carbs or sugar past 5pm.

excersize. it will help you loose weight, help you live a healthy life, and fix the damage you did to your body when you went bilemic and starved yourself.

8-10 glasses of water you will probally lose @ 5 lbs first wk. but when you do don,t stop drinking the water even thou you won't lose as much the next wks. It is an important thing to do.Your proper nutrition is important. You might talk with a health professional to find away to lose weight that doesn't starve yourself. You could probally find it on the web. Like cutting out fried foods, sweets,etc. Eat plenty of veggies and fruit, the proper amount of protein (eggs, meat, dried beans or lentils, other types of protein also.) Last exercise. Do some type you like. Walk, bike, volleyball, whatever you might like. It really is what makes the weight drop along with the proper eating habits. Think of it as being a lifestyle change for the rest of your life. You will feel better mentally and physically.
