I have a daughter the same age and weigh 132 and she did my diet plan and lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks.

to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.

Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.

Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.

no eating after 7pm !!

do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.

Try this for 3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.

i dont think you're overweight. as long as you're not feeling any burdens when you're walking. you're healthy. dont worry too much about it.

If you are over 25 these are it- if younger than 25 then you should weigh less - about 10 pounds than the charts say.

You don't sound to be overweight by you height and weight, but you could go online to a health website and find your bmi (body mass index) and it will give you a chart telling you if your overweight and how much you need to lose to become a healthier person, but in all actuality if you would really like to know you should ask for counsel from your family doctor!
