Does Special K make you loos weight? cause I'm eating it &...?!
Question: well i skinny as it is i WAS 101 and i eat it cause it taste so
good and now im like 98 pounds:[ should stop eatting this and
i dont eat as ofter i dont get hungray and when i do sometimes i dont like i wont have time too SCHOOL and i dont eat at school either it;s VERY gross

Special K doesn't necessarily make you lose weight, but if you're substituting it in for another meal and/or unhealthy snack, then you will most likely lose some weight.
Lets say you usually have a bowl of ice cream when you get home. If you were to have Special K in place of ice cream, then there would probably be a difference in your weight after a couple of weeks.
