Teen on diet/exercise regime to lose 10-15 pounds...?!


Question: i am doing cardio 6x a week for 1 hour, plus, i have a healthy diet, eating meals every 3 hours. will this make me lose weight? am i doing the right amount of cardio, etc....i also workout with a trainer 2x a week. she told me every time i do cardio i need to burn 600 calories. that is just too much for me to do in 1 hour. in 1 hour i usually do a little over 300 calories, isn't that enough to lose weight?

It's not really. Just do one hour, then take a couple of hours break. Then, if you've only done 300, go back and do 300 more. That way you'll still be burning off the same amount each day.

thats a little odd if your only losing 300 calories every hour of cardio...and maybe you could space your meals out to every 4 hours.
