?

You are still in the healthy weight range for your height, but you are at the bottom. If you loose any weight, you'll be considered underweight, so don't go on a diet. Do keep yourself in shape and work out, lift weights ect. Just because you're thin, doesn't mean you're healthy and that should be your goal. Either try to maintain your current weight, or gain weight in the form of muscle.

Your fine don't worry.

If you would like to tone up a bit though I suggest maybe doing cardio and weightlifting.

Try doing it 3-5 times a day and 30-60 min daily for cardio and 30-60 min for weight lifting.

Your weight is fine.

That's a good weight. You definitely shouldn't lose any.

Nearly perefect

No you are a little under weight. You need to put on around 5 pounds just to reach the lower end of your healthy weight range.

that is under
about 5-10 pounds more

I'm the same as you! I'm trying to gain just a bit more pounds though, like, just 2 or 3. But your BMI is in the normal range

i'd say u r fine, but keep active and eat whole foods like veggies and fruits. less sugars and flours, breads, etc.

honey, your just fine. as long as your eating healthy, dont change a thing.

if you're comfortable with where you are, then that's where you're supposed to be...don't base your comfort by comparing yourself to anyone else or anyone else's idea of perfection...know yourself, and find your stasis..

u are totally healthy...u could even be a few pounds heavier but u are in a totally healthy weight range...

Your ideal weight would be 115 lbs so you are actually 10 lbs below your ideal weight but so what. If you feel OK then you probably are OK.

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product (all natural) which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website
