I want to lose 5 pounds by January 7th!?!


Question: im 5'0 . haha short! and i weigh about 108. i've changed my eating habits.. and haven't lost any weight. i exercise every single day, about 60-80 minutes, walking and running. i have not been able to lose any of the weight! is it because of i have to much muscle? i know i dont have any flab, but my legs are too big and i hate it! i feel like its impossible for me to lose this weight, and i don't know why. people are telling me that its because my body is healthy and wont allow me to lose weight. but im only 5 feet, i feel like a little Oompa Loompa. How can i lose the weight? Pleaseeeee. all the help i can get is muchly appreciated.

I know exactly how you feel. You'd be surprised to learn that everything we think we know about weight loss is untrue. I too was running everyday for at least 30 min, most times 45 to 60 min and still couldn't lose those last 10 pounds until I found this website that helped me out a lot. skip a meal, like lunch or dinner, drink water

You sound like you are muscular, not overweight. If you don't want to look muscular, then cut down on the running...you are basically working your legs every single day. Try just walking, or incorporate another form of cardio. Why are you training so hard each day? Are you an athlete? Or are you another eating disorder patient?

I'm 5'3 and 108 and trying to gain weight. I think your body type is perfectly normal. Are you just feeling insecure about your legs?

try doing squats or some other leg exercises
