Way to loose weight?!
Question: i want to loose alot of weight but i want to do it in a short amount of time (yeah i know that sound imposible) i weigh 299
and i want to weigh 199 by february but i also want to loose about 15 pounds in 7 days..... my sister has been loosing weight by sleeping all day and not eating almost anything but i started to do that and it's not working
what the heck can i do thats safe and effective???

i weigh 126lbs and some how i lost 10lbs in a month, i havent done anything differently.
but id suggest doing sports,jog a few miles,crunches.
i want to lose 21 lbs. i feel fat but my BMI said i was normal.
its hard losing weight by urself so ask a friend to join u n keep u motavited.

Since you're overweight you could lose maybe 20-30 pounds in 2 months if you work very hard, eat around 1700 calories a day and exercise 5 times a week.
I think this is a joke.
The most natural way is to walk you can go 2 a gym and explian the situation to the trainer. At the same time maintain a diet and try yoga.
