Eatting right and enjoying it?!

Question: What are good foods to eat and good drinks to drink and stay healthy on a daily basis if you are working out trying to get a muscular body. I am 5'10 150lbs. so i look skinny and malnutritioned lol. I only eat fast food or junk food and drink pop. I want to get out of that.
So good foods and drinks that you can do daily
And not all nasty fitness foods i want real stuff you can actually like.

Well, I am quite skinny but I have been lifting weights to bulk up. I stopped drinking soda a long time ago, but I used to drink a LOT of it, along with other sugary drinks. Mainly I drink water now. You might not like that idea but honestly does water taste bad? Doesn't have a real "taste" to me and just think of how healthy it is. I actually feel sick after drinking just one can of soda now.

By the way, you want to bulk up a bit because you look skinny right? Well, I am not sure how old you are and I am not a specialist by any means but I would suggest you make sure you are one a serious weightlifting program that will build you up, not just using machines. Increase your daily protein intake. Also I would suggest a whey protein powder mix. Personally, I use Optimum Nutrition. Some people take a scoop 3 times a day, but I take it only once as soon as I can after working out. This goes right to your muscles and repairs them faster, and helps build mass.

By the way results won't come really fast but if you did this for a month you will see some results, even before.

almonds, v8, spinach (IN LARGE QUANTITIES), whole wheat bread, brown rice, lots of spices, beans, soups, spinach (by the truckload), blackberries, yogert, and DID I MENTION SPINACH?
