I guess I just want to tell you how proud I am of you. I decided to work out only because I wanted to get thinner. However working out turned out to be a blessing for me. I used to get migraine headaches every week. I was on the borderline of being labeled as having "chronic headache disorder). Once I started working out it dramatically reduced my headaches. I also get fewer colds and have more energy. And you don't have to loose all the weight to start feeling the results of eating healthy and working out.

I started by doing just 15 minutes a day and cutting my calories. I'm so happy I did it, and if you stick with it I know you will be too. I can't imagine living my life like I used to.

My boyfriend's mom has diabetes, and she spends all sorts of time fiddling with her insulin pump and getting meds and looking at what she eats. So I know how important it is to you that you don't end up like that. Every journey starts with a single step, so just keep taking steps throughout the day and you'll get there!

I'm rooting for you!

As always,
Christine

Sweetie, I am you in 15 years, I was overweight as a teen, and other than two short stints under 200 pounds, I have been fit but heavy all my life. It was easier to lose it as a teen than ever as an adult. Lose it and keep it off!! It will never be easier than it is now. I wasted my dating and "carefree" years being overweight. Not that I can't lift and carry more than any skinny girl I know, but I hate how I look in clothes and it has ruined my self esteem.
Pretend I am your future self sending you a message from the future: drop the friends who encourage you to eat, tell your family you need support and ask them for help, get on a team of any kind, start jogging (even if it's just a block a day), pretend you already have diabetes, get plenty of sleep and drink lots of water. Make it your part time job to get in shape.
Dont' give up!!! You're reaching out for help, that's the start, Don't quit!!
You are worth looking good, and fit feels better than any food tastes.

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few until I found a great one that works (its all natural too!). You can go to
http://www.fit-diet-fun.us and order you free trial, also you only pay $6.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
