-Gogi berries. If your in the U.S it should be easy to find something like juice with it.
-High protein things. Try a fruit smoothie, the nice thick kind.
-Green tea gives you energy and calms you down.
-Water! Drink as much water as you can get. It may seem hard at first, but it will keep you going.
-If you're not allergic to peanuts, peanut butter on toast, crackers, or celery is good for you and gives you energy.
-Don't AVOID milk, but keep it to a minimum. Milk has melatonin in it, which makes you sleepy.
-Bananas are miracle fruits. It's like they're made for stressful times. Their handy, portable, give you energy, taste nice, and fill you up. Munch on one while you study.

And just get as much sleep as you can, schedule your study time so you know what to study when and you can give yourself sleep time.

Yes, dear. It's called getting enough sleep.

Fresh orange juice or grapefruit juice.
Take a short walk, say 5 minutes, every hour, outside in the fresh air

Study for your classes all semester long and don't cram at tha last minute. Then you can sleep normally and be HEALTHY and ready for your exams!

If you really have to do this to yourself, then try ginseng. It's a natural stimulant, and doesn't have the negatives effects that caffeine has. You can drink it in tea form, or you can take it like a vitamin. It should be available at your local drugstore or health food store.

Best foods to eat before exam in the morning are peanut butter on bagels and some green tea. Works for me, should work for you. although next time you sohuld consider studying hard everyday so that when exam time comes you wont have to study at all. which means no cramming. I walk into my finals and ace em everytime without studying.

Sleep the night before..

I'm serious! lol.. Plan your studying ahead of time so that you can cover the material for the next exam earlier enough to be able to get a good night's sleep. It's not gonna do you much good to cram the night before, you won't retain much thatta way. Wake up with enough time to get ready for class and go over your notes again for the exam. Forget the sweets. You have a sweet tooth cuz it's like a habit to you. Yep with candy and such you get that burst of energy for a bit, but in a couple of hours it will reverse and you'll be all groggy and tired out worse than before you ate the sweets. Try to have no sweets or junk food at all in your place, want to nibble while you study get some veggies like carrots etc. or fruit and nibble away! If you absolutely hate veggies and fruit, get some cheeze-its. They are tiny enough to nibble on without being as bad as say a whole bag of chips. Waiting until the last minute to cram for an exam is just not the way to go about it, k? Plan ahead, study every day, get at least 8 hours of sleep the night before the exam. When you wake up, you'll feel refreshed, grab a quick shower and a good breakfast. You won't fall asleep during the exam, you'll do better on the exam cuz you won't be exhausted, and when it's over go out and party! Then come back and start it all over again for the next exam. Been there, done that. Trust me, it works better to have a study plan and keep yourself healthy as well.
