don't stress one day

One day is not going to add any weight to you. Even if you gained a pound or two from eating more than normal the weight would come off within a couple of days.

your fineeee
2,000 calories is what your supposed to have each day anyway

Figure out how many calories you want to have in a day and then use this chart to figure out how to burn the rest.

dont worry about it
you prob burned it off
but chillax!

Dont worry about that.. I eat like 6000 a day.. so 2000 for you and i am sure you are a twig is not that much.. I dont think iwould even be able to live on 1500 a day.. Dam.. probbly one of these OH i am fat people that are only like 140lbs.. Heres something for you.. You are NOT fat if you are under 200 and over that it depends on how you wear it.. So dont worry about the 2000 you ate today.. Eat 2000 tommarow too.. youll feel better

dont freak out. you ate 500 calories than usual, that's okay. just work out for about 30 minutes and it's gone. if you want to figure out how much to burn and what to do, go to this link:http://health.utah.gov/lhd/tooele/Commun...
but remember, it's not healthy to obsess over food.

Instead of focusing on the numbers, you should focus on how you feel. It's normal to feel kind of gross after overeating, but it's important not to beat yourself up about it or obsess over it. Being healthy is a state of mind and eating a balanced diet, not a process of counting calories.

Your question requires a complicated answer because not all calories are created equal. Protein calories are used by the body more efficiantly then fat or carb calories and it would be important for you to be educated on that if you ware working out on a daily basis.

The short answer is that 1 day of heavy eating will not affect you too much. Enjoy the season

That's absolutely fine! You probably didnt burn off all of the extra calories... but who cares, it was one day.

Seriously don't stress yourself on something so minut. I gather this is something you don't do normally, correct? You seem to have a a fast metabolism and the ability to know how to manage calories and the smarts to know how important it is for excercise. It really depends on what you consumed beit unhealthy calories, The study says most of the increase in calories is from carbohydrates, but it leaves out perhaps the most crucial point of all: these are refined, processed carbohydrates -- the very worst kind. From a nutritional standpoint, you can't paint all carbohydrates with the same brush. Whole grains and carbohydrates with a low glycemic index are, of course, far better for you than refined carbohydrates like white flour and refined white sugar. Keep doing what your doing, diet and excercise. I'm 40 and I seriously get carded all the time just because no one believes i'm a grandma. I eat healthy, excercise daily and sleep at least 6-8 hrs.....I drink alot of water and occasionally coffee, not a good thing but sometimes I have to have it lol! In all seriousness you appear to be on the right track, keep it up~ {{{hugs}}}

u wont gain any weight...it was only one day and u should eat 2000 a day anyways...i eat 5000 a day...i hope u arent starving urself in 1500 calories either. in fact, 2000 calories would be just perfect so dont stress but u probably did burn it off...its ok to eat a bit more calories every once in a while and can actually be good 4 ur body... its not a bad thing at all...and eat when hungry, not according to how many calories its gonna equal up to...
