Is this a healthy meal?!
Question: Peanut butter and Jelly sandwich with 2 slices of whole wheat bread (regular PB and regular J, but not smothered on). A handful of sliced red, orange, yellow bell peppers, with a small side of ranch dressing to dip in, and a bottled water.

It might run a little high on calories because of the PB, but don't let that discourage you. This is a great meal that is high on protien and great on flavor. Good job!
P.S. you might want to include some milk or calcium fortified grape juice for dinner since you didn't include it in this meal.
