I have difficulty running and walking but I still want to lose weight. Any sugge!

Question: I have a bit of a disorder that prohibits me from walking or running moderate distances. I want to lose weight but have to do so without a treadmill or jogging. So what would be some good excersises that don't involve my ability to walk?

Pilates, Pilates, Pilates...I love it, there are videos you can buy at rather cheap and you will need a mat for the floor. It is mostly working your core (abs and back) it is great for toning muscle and you see results rather quickly. Remember you need to make sure you diet is good or you may not see the result you want. Increasing you protein intake is also a good way to see results...good luck!

Swimming! Seriously good exercise and will take the weight off your legs for a while!
