Vegetables diet?!
Question: my question is, iam planning to get rid of some fats my fat is 13.3%, is it enough to eat a salad made of (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, carrots, green onion<Scallion>, green chilli, Green Chili Pepper (hot) , along with a small amout of home made whole wheat bread, with two apples and an orange
iam eating only the above meal as my lunch and dinner, some times with green tea,
is it good enough to losoe weight and have it as a healthy balanced food, or am missing out something?
questions: any changes i need to do to my plan
is it balanced meal so i can have it alone (lunch,dinner) all week long.

That's fine. I'm on a diet too. Been on it for about 2 months, No red meat, only fish or chicken, lots of Veggies and fruit, low sodium, low fat.
But your not doing anything to burn any calories?
You have to do some kind of exercises or activity to loose weight quicker.

It's not healthy for you not to have any fat. I don't think you should be trying to lose any weight.
it seems like a healthy chice but it would be better to have a variety of meals throughout the week.
I guess it depends on the size of the salad! But you really need to get some protein in with it if you plan on getting anywhere with it. Add some cottage cheese or tuna to the salad. Otherwise you're just gonna lose muscle, not fat.
not enough, u need some good fats as well as fiber and protein, try avocados and beans, hummus is good too. u will lose weight but do it the smart way, u need energy for ur everyday life as well, dont skip ur bfast! eat bananas and berries for bfast, they're easy to digest and leave ur body very quickly while hydrating u.

---side of potatoes, broccoli, green beans, or salad.

---drink atleast 5 glasses of water a day.
---stay away from shugars and dairy
---WATCH PORTIONS!!!
---excersise for atleast an hour a day
