You could tone up a little bit in a week. If you eat right and healthy i.e. five healthy small meals a day, no red meat, no carbs after 4pm, take multi vitamins, lipidex (fish oil) no soda and green tea. Control your appetite and don't starve yourself.
Work out 1 hour a week doing strenght training and 20-30mins of cardio.
It is not safe for your body to loose more than 2-4 lbs a week. You should target for 2 -3 lbs per week otherwise you may see negative results.

to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.
Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.
Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.
no eating after 7pm !!
do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.
Try this for 3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.
