My friend thinks she's fat? is she?!

Question: she is about 5'5'' and i think about 150-155lbs?

Answers: she is about 5'5'' and i think about 150-155lbs?

First of all, according to those stupid medical charts everyone is over-weight, or obese. It says that a person who is 5'8 should be 127lbs and if you're 150 you're considered overweight. What a bunch of bull! If you're friend is happy and healthy that's all that matters. There's nothing wrong with a little fat just as long as you don't take it to the extreme. Not everyone can be model thin. But you are a good friend to be concerned.

yes

shes a little on the heavy side

Shes not fat. but shes not thin.

eh maybe a tee bit on the chunky side if i had to guess i'm about 150 and 5'8'' so yeah...

she's a little bit on the chunky side... but heyyyyy... more to love!!! =) ?

yea

Well i dont think she is but it can also depend on how muscular she is but i dont think so.

not to be mean or nothing but i am 5'5" and am only 127 pounds

She's not fat, she is just overweight!!!!

kind of...

no

yea she is kinda

i think it depends on how shes built. if you know what i mean. she's not really like WOAH FATTYY. but like i wouldnt say she's skinny. it could be muscle? all girls think they're fat..even me and almost all of my friends.

it depends, how old is she....trust me im like 12 and my friend is like 60 pounds and she thinks shes fat and then i have a friends who is also 12 and she is 156 lbs and she thinks she's skinny so really i guess it's what YOU think

she's a bit chunky.

a lil' bit

I agree with MorganK it depends on her muscle size as well. I don't think she is over weight. If she hasn't got a lot of muscle then I'd say she may be cuddly but no where near over weight. The comments saying that 'yes' she is, is soo wrong....geez!!

Oh yeah... for a girl, 5'5'' and 150 lb? Thats fat.

hold on... slightly overweight. to be healthy she would have to lose 5 lbs if she is 155lbs.. http://www.bariatricedge.com/dtcf/pages/...

For a 5'5" girl she is a little over weight.. but if she lost like.. 10-15 lbs.. she would be on the "normal weight" rather than the "over weight" category.. if you go by her BMI. :)

Oh, and I added you as a contact! :)
